Powered Endoscopic Linear Cutter Stapler System

Engineered for zero-misfire reliability and consistent B-form staple shaping—eliminating tissue shear and power failure in complex laparoscopic resections.

Clinical Safety Focus: Factory-tested single-use power unit guarantees continuous motor output without mid-procedure voltage drops.

Triple Emergency Overrides: Built-in mechanical override lever ensures immediate jaw release and safe disengagement under any power contingency.

Smooth Cut Technology: Dual-metal precision blade maintains ≤0.80N cutting force for clean, fray-free tissue margins.

ENGINEERING & CLINICAL SAFETY

Precision Engineering Built for Clinical Certainty

Addressing mid-procedure power anxiety, tissue shear, and distal jaw splaying through advanced mechanical design.

Constant Power Architecture

Single-Use Pre-Installed Battery: Ready to use with steady voltage output throughout the procedure. Eliminates hospital charging maintenance, cross-contamination, and mid-operation battery failure.

Fail-Safe
Protection

Manual Emergency Override: Features an independent mechanical override lever that instantly unlocks the jaws and disengages delicate tissue in any extreme mechanical or electrical contingency.

Dual-Metal Blade Technology: Delivers ultra-low ≤0.80N cutting force to preserve clean, fray-free tissue margins while minimizing intraoperative bleeding and trauma.

This Powered Articulating Endoscopic Linear Cutter System is designed for minimally invasive endoscopic procedures requiring tissue transection, resection and anastomosis. It is widely applicable in multiple surgical departments including general surgery, gynecology, urology and thoracic surgery, supporting clinical procedures such as gastrointestinal anastomosis, partial gastrectomy, appendectomy, vaginal hysterectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, lung resection and pulmonary wedge resection. As a professional electric endoscopic stapling system, it provides stable and controllable performance for complex soft tissue handling.

The instrument features high‑precision articulation control with a gear‑driven head that supports 0°, 16°, 32° and 50° bending angles bilaterally, with ±2° accuracy at each position for a total of 7 adjustable angles. It is available in three shaft lengths (200mm, 260mm, 360mm) and two staple line lengths (45mm, 60mm), matched with 10 types of color‑coded reloads featuring different open and closed staple heights. This comprehensive specification range supports accurate matching with diverse tissue thicknesses and anatomical conditions.

Built with advanced structural and material technologies, the system adopts high‑strength alloys processed by CNC technology, providing 32% more uniform tissue compression and consistent staple height. The wide tapered anvil pockets increase tissue capture area and guide staples into symmetric B‑form, while the atraumatic tapered tip enables gentler tissue handling and easier trocar entry. Gripping surface technology enhances tissue stability during firing, and dynamic firing slows down when engaging thick tissue to improve compression with audible feedback, helping reduce staple line leaks.

The system uses pure titanium staples that contain no alloying elements, avoiding ionic toxicity and delivering superior biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with an original industrial‑grade battery that supports 24‑hour standby and more than 50 consecutive firings at full power for stable output. Each reload includes a disposable sharp blade to ensure consistent sharpness and smooth firing, eliminating cross‑infection risks. A power indicator supports clear operational status recognition. As a single‑use, ready‑to‑use device, it simplifies clinical workflow, lowers hospital operational costs and provides a reliable solution for medical institutions and distributors.
