This low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer provides reliable, low-temperature disinfection for a wide range of modern medical devices. It uses hydrogen peroxide as the sterilant and operates under vacuum conditions to ensure uniform diffusion and thorough disinfection. The system supports multiple professional sterilization modes to meet different instrument requirements. Equipped with high-precision sensors and a powerful control system, it delivers stable and consistent performance in daily clinical use. It also features smart connectivity and data traceability functions to support hospital information system integration.
The sterilizer is available in three chamber capacities to match different clinical workloads and instrument sizes. The largest chamber model offers sufficient internal space to accommodate surgical robotic arms and largescale instruments. Each capacity version maintains the same high safety standards, real-time monitoring capabilities and multiple sterilization modes. This modular design allows hospitals and disinfection centers to choose the most cost-effective and practical configuration.
During operation, the sterilization chamber is evacuated under vacuum to remove air. Hydrogen peroxide vapor is then injected and evenly diffused throughout the chamber. Under electromagnetic stimulation, hydrogen peroxide molecules are converted into a low-temperature plasma state to achieve efficient sterilization. After the process, plasma technology breaks down residual hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, leaving no harmful byproducts. This residue-free mechanism ensures safety for medical staff, instruments and the environment.

Full-Process Monitoring, Millisecond-Level Recording
The main CPU operates at a 480MHz frequency, providing real-time and precise monitoring of the chamber's hydrogen peroxide concentration, time, pressure, temperature, and plasma power, with a response speed measured in milliseconds.

Hydrogen Peroxide Purification Technology
Leveraging cutting-edge purification technology, the sterilization cycle is significantly shortened, greatly enhancing sterilization efficiency and extending the service life of the equipment.

Capsule Cartridge Technology
Effectively controls the amount of sterilant injected in each sterilization cycle, with several major sterilization modes precisely tailored to meet diverse sterilization requirements.

Concentration Sensing Technology
Equipped with Xinyu's unique semiconductor UV-modulated concentration sensor, it provides extremely precise monitoring of concentration levels.

Mechanical Characteristics
Utilizes high-power imported drive components, with the entire machine free of mechanical contacts. The solid-state semiconductor drive ensures product stability and reliability.

Software Features
The system is designed to safely halt the automatic sterilization process and execute safety protocols automatically, preventing any potential leakage of hydrogen peroxide.

Safety Protection
The plasma technology decomposes hydrogen peroxide used in sterilization into oxygen and water, leaving no harmful residues, thus ensuring the safety of medical personnel, the environment, and the equipment.

Real-Time Monitoring
The educational model (DLZ-130) and higher-capacity chambers are equipped with high-definition cameras, allowing for real-time monitoring of the sterilization process within the chamber.

IoT Technology Support
Enables real-time data transmission, allowing for constant monitoring of equipment status from anywhere at any time.

ITS Instrument Monitoring
Supports open ports for connection with the ITS system, ensuring that sterilization and monitoring information for each precision instrument can be accurately tracked.

Traceability System Real-Time Transmission
Seamlessly integrates with the traceability system, providing real-time updates and transmission of sterilization status information.

Information Traceability Closed-Loop Management
Perfectly interfaces with the Hospital Information System (HIS), ensuring the establishment of a complete information traceability closed-loop between the device's tracking system and the hospital's network.
