This disposable clip applier is purpose-built for vessel and soft tissue ligation in a wide range of laparoscopic and open surgical procedures. As a fully single-use device, it is EO sterilized and ready for immediate use, eliminating the need for pre-operative cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization processes. This design reduces operational costs and procedural preparation time for medical facilities, while effectively mitigating the risk of cross-infection associated with reusable instruments.
The device is preloaded with high-quality titanium ligation clips, engineered with cross-direction anti-slip slots on the inner surface of the upper and lower legs. This structural design ensures secure, stable clamping of target tissue and vessels, with enhanced slip and collapse resistance during and after deployment. Available in ML and L clip sizes, the applier comes preloaded with 15, 18, or 20 clips for multi-fire use, eliminating the need for repeated clip loading and reducing overall surgical duration.
It incorporates user-centric structural features to support precise, convenient operation in diverse surgical environments. A 360° rotatable knob enables flexible adjustment of the jaw angle, facilitating accurate targeting of tissue and vessels even in confined surgical fields. For enhanced procedural visibility, models are available with either a transparent PVC shaft or an integrated mechanical counter, both of which clearly display the remaining quantity of clips inside the device. Two ergonomic handle configurations are also offered, providing surgeons with flexible options for optimal control during procedures.
