The hernia mesh portfolio features four specialized configurations, each engineered for specific surgical techniques and anatomical requirements. The Folded Plug design is intended for open tension-free inguinal hernia repair, with pleated edges that conform to defects of various sizes and shapes, and a monofilament polypropylene construction that supports healthy tissue in-growth. The 3D anatomically curved mesh is optimized for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair, with a sealed edge and medial orientation marker to enable easier, faster positioning compared to conventional flat mesh. The Oval mesh features a unique petals design for preperitoneal hernia repair, with a positioning cross-belt to ensure consistent peritoneal spread and full coverage of the myopectineal orifice (MPO) to minimize the risk of hidden and recurrent hernias. The Sandwich dual-layer mesh features an underlay patch for full MPO coverage and an onlay patch to strengthen the inguinal posterior wall, with an integrated connector to enhance stability and reduce mesh shift risk.
